📋Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, always. Just reach out with your address and a rough window count (or I can figure it out myself), and I'll get you a quote before anything is scheduled. No obligation.
🪟What's included?
I clean the glass inside and/or outside, wipe down the frames, and do a track wipe-out. Screens can be removed and cleaned on request. If something needs extra attention — like hard water buildup — I'll flag it upfront so there are no surprises on the bill.
🏠Do you clean the inside of windows too, or just the outside?
Both! You can choose exterior-only, interior-only, or a full inside-and-out cleaning. Just let me know what you'd like when we book.
⏱️How long does it take?
Most homes take 3–4 hours, and larger homes (4 bedrooms or more) may take a bit longer. I'll give you a time estimate when we book so you can plan around it.
🏡Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only jobs, nope! Just let me know ahead of time and I'll take care of it while you're out. For interior windows, someone 18+ needs to be home.

I serve Florence and the surrounding Pee Dee area — including Quinby, Timmonsville, Pamplico, Effingham, Lake City, and Olanta. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask — I'm happy to let you know.
🧹How should I prepare?
The more you can clear away from the windows, the smoother the job goes! If possible, please move furniture, décor, and any items near the windows before I arrive — it saves time and helps me focus entirely on giving you the best clean. I'll take care of pulling curtains and raising blinds.
🏡Do you clean two-story homes?
Yes! I use a professional extension pole to reach second-story windows safely from the ground. Just mention it when you reach out and I'll factor it into your quote.
🛡️What if I'm not happy with the results?
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you're not happy with any part of the job, just reach out and I'll come back and make it right — no hassle, no charge.
🌧️What if it rains?
Rain after a cleaning doesn't make your windows dirty — it just gets them wet. Once the dirt is gone, rain is just water. That said, if you're not happy with the results within a few days, just reach out and I'll make it right.
🐾I have pets — is that a problem?
Not at all! Friendly pets are welcome. Just give me a heads-up if they're escape artists so we can be careful going in and out — I want to make sure your pets stay safe while I'm working.
📅How often should I get my windows cleaned?
It's recommended twice a year — spring and fall are the most popular. Spring clears out winter residue and pollen; fall gets you ready for the holidays. At the very least, once a year makes a noticeable difference. I offer a discount for repeat customers who book regular cleanings.

Our Story
I've lived a few lives.
I spent years as a missionary in China — yes, I speak Mandarin. Those years taught me a lot about showing up for people, doing things with integrity, and finding meaning in work that others might overlook. I've carried that with me ever since.
After China, volunteer work brought my wife and me to New York, and then further south to Florence, South Carolina. We came for the work, but we stayed for the pace. There's something about the Pee Dee that slows you down in the best possible way — and after years of chasing the next deal in sales and real estate, slow started to sound really good.
There came a point where my wife and I looked at each other and asked the question a lot of people think but never say out loud: what if we just... simplified?
Not because life was bad — but because we wanted more of what actually mattered. More time together. Less noise. A life that felt like ours. So we leaned in. My wife works remotely as an accountant and moonlights as a florist, which means our house smells incredible and our finances are always in order. I, meanwhile, clean windows. We balance each other out.
